Initiate Your Request
Log into your MUNDIAL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into the shipping box and secure it with heavy-duty packing tape.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
